Ingredients
For the Ostrich:
  • 2 x 170g/6oz ostrich steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  • Place a griddle pan on a high heat.
  • Season, oil and griddle the ostrich steaks for 5-6 minutes on each side
  • serve rare.
